My mom used to make these. They are simple, delicious and fun to make. And perfect with a glass of wine… or a very cold Coke!
Ingredients
Olive Cheese Balls
Directions
Be sure to set your butter out well ahead of time so that it can soften. Drain the olives. It's best to use your hands to make this dough! Freeze the balls after you place them on the baking tray, and then when you are ready to cook, pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the cheese and butter together. Then incorporate the flour and seasoning into the cheese mixture. You will have a cohesive dough.
Place the balls on a baking sheet and freeze.
When you are ready to cook, bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool a minute and serve.
